Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival:
Consumables (e.g. batteries once opened)
Downloadable software, digital gift cards or licences once activated
Clearance or “As Is” sale items (clearly marked as such on the Site)
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number, product name and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: We’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee on returns of non-faulty items.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. Please return the original item for refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
